Itasca Creek RV Park in Itasca, TX, has five fenced site types out of seven. Each fenced site has its own yard with a 16-foot drive gate and a 4-foot walk gate. Like every site, it also has full hookups, a concrete pad and patio, a picnic table, its own internet line and parking for two vehicles. Every site has 30-amp and 50-amp electric service. The park is pet-friendly, with a dog park, and it is just off I-35W on FM 67.
Why a fenced yard
A private yard changes the whole stay
On a long stay, the space outside your door matters as much as the space inside. A fence turns that space into a yard.
For your dog
Your dog can stretch out in the grass while you sit on the patio. Guests with dogs often tell us how much they love the fenced yard.
For the kids
A fenced yard gives kids a space to play right by the RV, where you can see them from the patio.
For your privacy
A yard of your own feels like a home, not a parking spot. The Privately Fenced sites add even more privacy.
For slow evenings
Set out the chairs and the grill and leave them there. On a monthly stay, your yard becomes your porch.

All monthly reservations require a non-refundable $150 deposit. Site fees cover two adults; each extra adult on a long stay is $50 a month.

The yard is home base. When your dog needs more room, the dog park is a short walk away. The creekside trail is there for the long walk.

Yes, your friendly pets are welcome, and there is a dog park where your pup can play. Please keep pets on a leash when walking in the park, pick up after them right away, and do not leave them outside when you are not home. We have a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive pets, and we may limit the number of pets or restrict certain aggressive breeds.

"We stayed for 3 months at this great park. They have wonderful amenities that are kept up daily. They have clean showers and laundry room. The park is wide open, great for just getting some steps in. I'm a remote worker and WiFi is fast! The sunrises and sunsets are always beautiful. We have a dog so it was nice to let him run around within the fenced in lot we had. And also they have a dog park which if they need more leg room they have it. The staff are wonderful people that will help in any sort of which way, as with the community. Thank you for the stay!!"
